Personalized items take a little longer; usually 5-7 days before shipping. If you need rush processing, please call us and we'll help you out! Shipping Costs: Our shipping rates are calculated in real-time using UPS estimates based on the weight of the items you want to purchase. Some items that are sent right from the manufacturer do ship via other carriers (FedEx & USPS). All packages are fully insured and you will be provided with the appropriate tracking number once your order has shipped. All items can be returned within 10 business days of your receiving. Most places will charge you a restocking fee when you want to return something. For added convenience to our customers, we do not charge a restocking fee if the return is made within 10 business days of you receiving the package(s). For obvious reasons, we can't accept returns for the following merchandise:
You must have prior authorization before sending anything back. We will give you a return authorization number to place on your package. Please e-mail us at contact@mybridalneeds.com or call 1-888-692-1433 if you would like to make a return. Most of our products that are out of stock will say so on the item page. In most cases, you can input your initials indicating you are aware of the backorder. Out of stock items will still be processed like a normal order - your card will be charged and your items will ship out as soon as they are available. We'll be sure to let you know if the backorder date is pushed back so you can make other arrangements as necessary. If you need to cancel an order please send written confirmation by email right away to: contact@mybridalneeds.com. If your order has already been shipped and processed, we cannot cancel your order. We cannot cancel orders on personalized items once the order has been processed, since these items cannot be returned and resold. Sorry, but we are only shipping within the United States at this time. Only orders shipping to/within the state of Tennessee will be subject to sales tax (8.5%). Once you place your order, you will instantly be emailed a receipt with a link that will allow you to check the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be updated and you can track your packages from this link. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also use PayPal to deduct a payment right from your checking account. We take your security very seriously.
