There are, as you can imagine, some restrictions:

Item must be in stock by competitor and verifiable on the internet
If Quantity Priced, must be same number of items
Item must be identical (including color, manufacturer, etc.)
Tax, Shipping & Handling charges are taken into account when determining the total cost of the item
Items on Auction Sites (eBay, etc.) are not eligible
Items on sale or clearance are not eligible
Due to sales tax, items shipping to Tennessee are not eligible
Limited to one price match per item, per customer

Amount refunded to you:	$10
